Dr. Andrena Videchak

Having been born and raised in the Niagara region, Dr. Videchak is very excited to be practicing and giving back to the residents of Grimsby and surrounding areas. Her early interests in health and the human body motivated her post-secondary studies at Western University in London, Ontario. In 2007, Dr. Videchak obtained her Bachelor of Arts, Honors Specialization in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. Her educational triumphs and passion for health prompted her to continue on the path of health care and wellness. Dr. Videchak then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario, recognized as one of the most innovative chiropractic institutions in North America. Here, she was introduced to a variety of techniques including active release and Graston therapy, and successfully graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2011. She has also recently effectively completed the McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program and is now a licensed acupuncture provider.
Dr. Videchak provides gentle diversified chiropractic techniques, utilizing various modes of adjustments and mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation exercises, orthotic casting and general health and nutrition awareness. She is currently accepting new patients and always welcoming past patients and is eager to assist the community with any of their health and wellness needs!
Dr. Videchak enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Kevin, and she strives to maintain an active lifestyle with regular exercise including hiking and biking. She is an animal lover and the proud owner of two Bengal cats, Jasper and Mia, and Great Dane, Yukon.
